Create a simple quotation your customer can understand
Enter your business and customer details, add a description, quantity and unit price for each item, and choose any discount and tax percentage that apply. Unit prices and line totals round to two decimals. The discount applies to the full subtotal; tax then applies to the discounted amount.
Use “Print / save PDF” and choose your browser’s PDF destination to create a file you can send to your customer. This is a quotation, not a tax invoice. The tool does not determine whether you must charge tax or which legal details your business must include.
A saved draft stays in this browser on this device. Browser data can be cleared, so download a backup for anything important. Neither saving nor printing sends the quotation to your customer.
