Calculator inputs

Our calculator code processes the numbers you enter on your device. It does not upload those numbers or customer details to a server. Closing a calculator page clears its current inputs unless you explicitly save a quotation draft.

Local preferences and quotation drafts

We use browser local storage to remember your chosen display currency. The quotation builder saves business and customer details locally only when you choose “Save draft on this device”. Use “Delete saved draft” to remove that quotation. You can also clear this website’s storage in your browser settings.

Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to restore a saved draft. Use download backups carefully: they contain the details you entered. Loading a backup processes the file locally.

Hosting and access

The hosting provider may process normal technical request data, such as an IP address and browser information, to serve and secure this website. This website does not run its own user-account system.

Advertising and analytics

This website includes Google AdSense code to connect the site for advertising review. Google may process information such as your IP address, browser details and interactions, and may use cookies or similar identifiers to provide, measure and personalise advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this or other websites. You can manage personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings and read how Google uses information from partner sites. Where required, consent must be obtained before advertising storage or personalised ads are enabled. Calculator and quotation inputs are processed locally by our tool code. No separate analytics service has been added.

Printing and downloads

Print/save PDF uses your browser’s print dialogue. Backup files are downloaded to your device. Neither action sends a quotation to your customer.
